Stated Clerk
Rev. Andy O'Dowd, is the Presbytery of Utah Stated Clerk. A native of New Jersey and the oldest of eight children, Rev. O’Dowd comes to ordained ministry in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) following a 15 year career as a Russian Linguist in the U.S. Air Force. He holds an Associate’s degree in Interpreting & Translating, a B.S. in Human Resource Management and an MDiv. He has served churches in Iowa, Minnesota, and Missouri. Andy has led workshops on a variety of subjects for the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
His many hobbies include: riding his motorcycle, painting, writing, and woodworking. His joy in life is the Lord and the family God has blessed him with.
